Our Story
Inspired by their own healing journeys and spiritual gifts that came online over the past decade, Genny & Ryan fused their unique spiritual healing and teaching to open Harmony Ridge Healing and launch The Higher Path – a one of a kind, transformational program to help people clear out and shift what’s stuck so they can step into their purpose and create abundance. It is designed to support deep energetic release, emotional repair & reprogramming, and nervous system reset.
As they expanded their metaphysical healing abilities that spanned the physical, mental and emotional bodies, they realized that real change happens when including the body, the nervous system, and the deeper emotional layers where those patterns live. As a result, they were inspired to bring together a full spectrum of healing for people on a mind, body and soul level. Their mission is to help people remember their worth and reconnect to the power of their light so they can pursue a life that is true to them on the deepest level.

Genny Drennen Bishel
Intuitive & Transformational Belief Coach
Genny has been working with the Spirit realm for over a decade. She spent over 20 years in the Corporate Digital Media & Advertising space, unfulfilled and yearning for deeper purpose work, which led her down a deeply expansive soul journey.
Having always been fascinated by the unseen and “all things mystical” from an early age, her abilities started to come online over a decade ago. It was through this journey that she learned how to heal emotional wounds from past trauma and reprogram her subconscious, where she made massive shifts in her life. Eventually, she made the leap out of the corporate world into helping people heal their core emotional wounds through reprogramming limiting subconscious beliefs. She uses a combination of Claire Audience and Claire Cognizance to connect with Spirit, which assists in the healing work she does as well as energetic land clearing and crossing Spirits over to the other side.
Ryan Bishel
Reiki Master & Energy Healer
Ryan Bishel is a trusted healer, Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, NASM-PES, and Transformational Mindset Coach with over 20 years of experience guiding others toward confidence, clarity, and emotional freedom. He has supported thousands, from professional athletes to spiritual seekers, in reconnecting to their personal power and embodied healing.
With a degree in Kinesiology from Long Beach State and a Performance Enhancement Specialist certification, Ryan began in peak performance before stepping fully into energy healing after his own transformative journey in 2017.
In 2025, he hand built the Harmony Ridge Healing Sanctuary, a serene space for deep release and nervous system reset. He now works with high performers, youth, women healing from wounded masculine patterns, and anyone ready to feel lighter, present, and whole.
Leigh Angel
Medium & Angelic Coach
Leigh Angel has been a medium all her life, chatting with angels since she was a little girl. Back then, she even cut wings out of posterboard and taped them to her Barbies, flying them around her room. Her spiritual awakening at 23 opened her clairvoyance, revealing colors and light beyond her physical eyes and showing her that there was a rich spiritual world all around us – one that exists alongside regular life. As years of growth followed, she learned how to bridge the gap between spiritual living and daily life—because truly, they are one and the same. As a medium, she channels angels, loved ones, and ascended masters. She was inspired to offer “Angelic Coaching,” to bring through guidance and wisdom to help people live their best, most aligned lives. Because when people live this way, they naturally align with the desires of their highest self. And when that happens, harmony follows.

HEALING AREAS
Serving the Western Tahoe area and beyond
Harmony Ridge Healing hosts both remote and in-person sessions, with clientele spanning a wide variety of locations across the globe, as energy work transcends physical proximity. In-person sessions are hosted in their studio sanctuary that Ryan custom built on their land, surrounded by Cedars, Pine and Madrone trees. It was created with the intention of surrounding you with a peaceful calm experience while you receive your treatment. Hand selected healing crystals are in the studio as well.
The Harmony Ridge Healing sanctuary is located in northern Nevada City, CA. Areas Served for massage and reiki include: Nevada County, Placer County, Yuba County, Sierra County, Sacramento County and El Dorado County.
